The Bayview Resort is located at the end of 380 metre long Laem Hin Beach and the 70 villas are situated amongst the green trees on the hillside, perfectly located far enough away from the village to provide the guests with a quiet beach holiday but close enough to give easy walking just 5 minutes access to other restaurants, shops, bars and entertainment and just 10 minutes from the heart of the village. From the villas you can enjoy view of Phi Phi Lei Island and panoramic view of Andaman sea. At the front of the resort lies a pure and white sandy beach and the crystal clear blue sea of Tonsai bay.

Bay View Resort consists of 70 Villas including 20 Grand Deluxe Villas , 24 Deluxe Villas and 26 Superior Villas with some connecting rooms. Each room space is from 34 to 37 sq.m.

- Rates are quoted in Thai baht and are applied for single or double occupancy
- All rooms include American breakfast for one or two persons per night
- Compulsory Gala dinner on Christmas Eve is charged at 1,500 baht for adults and 750 baht for children
- Compulsory Gala dinner on New Years Eve is charged at 2,000 baht for adults and 1,000 baht for children
- Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% Government Tax
