Living with the Ocean
Tour Program
At some point we are all tourists, but who wants to feel like one? Our excursions allow 'Travellers' to be what they want, go where they want, and do what they want.
We take only 6 persons per boat.

1. All trips start out from our head office in Tonsai Bay, on Phi Phi Island.
2. A 30 minute boat ride takes us to the mid ocean mount named Hin Klang. Here we will do about an hour of snorkeling. Our in-water guide will show you around and explain to you about the various species of coral and fish.
3. A further 15 minutes by longtail boat brings us to the paradise of Bamboo Island. It has those magical white sandy beaches that you only dream about or see on tv.
4. Spend some time here to explore the beach or further inland to try and find the resident monitor lizards. Don't worry they are not like the ones in Komodo.
5. A short distance away is Moskito island. This offers another chance to do snorkeling. The reef here is excellent and part of the reason is because of the lack of boats and people.
Duration: 4 hours and generally start at 08:00a.m. or 14:30 p.m.
*Price is per person
Price includes: Mask and snorkel, fins, wetsuit, life jacket, fruit, water, and divemaster. Longtail boat and captain.
TOP SPOTS
Hin Klang Reef is a spectacular shallow mid ocean mount that is situated half way the ditance from Phi Phi Don Island.
Although none of the reef is visible out of the water it is actually possible to see the reef from as far away as the Phi Phi Viewpoint.
There arean abundance of porites sp. and acropora sp. corals. Species of snapper, grouper and sweetlips can be found here. The outer edge of the reef is surrounded by sand and this offers a good chance to find either Leopard sharks or Kuhl's Rays, resting on the bottom.
Bamboo Island is a small island and surrounded by beautiful white sandy beaches. There is no accommodation available here since it is part of the National Marine Park and building is illegal. There is a National Park fee of 200 baht to go onto the beach.
Moskito Island is not far from Bamboo Island but very different in form. This island is very rocky with high limestone cliffs. The island is surrounded by a shallow coral reef. Fortunately the name keeps most people away. This usually means more fish and better snorkeling.
