If you do not present the voucher at check-in this will be classed as a no-show and will result in no refund.

We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them. However because of the sophisticated technology that is required in operating phi-phi-adventures.com there may be times when errors occur. For example, very occasionally, this may result in a price, product or service or other detail displayed or presented on the website being incorrect. In this case we reserve the right to cancel that contract, without liability to you for payments made to us. phi-phi-adventures.com does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

Booking Amendments

In the event that you would like to amend your hotel booking, it is your responsibility to notify The Adventure Club Limited Partnership in writing in time. We recommend using our online Contact Us form as the most effective and reliable way to communicate any changes to your booking. The Adventure Club Limited Partnership applies no charges to make these changes, however most hotels may also have a penalty for any changes to reservations. Customer Services will advise you if you decide to proceed with the changes. You will then be sent confirmation that your changes have been made for your records.

Cancellations / Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing by fax or e-mail to The Adventure Club Limited Partnership. We strongly recommend using our online Contact Us form as the most effective and reliable way to communicate any cancellations. Refunds are calculated from the day The Adventure Club confirms receipt of written notice. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your original booking e-mail address to confirm we have received your cancellation notification. Please ensure you receive this confirmation e-mail as proof of cancellation. Cancellations without confirmation will not be validated.

Cancellation charges for hotels:

• More than 60 days before check-in: 1 night charge + bank transfer costs.
• Less than 60 days before check-in: 30% of the total accommodation booking, with a minimum of 1 night charge + bank transfer costs
• Within 24 hours: no refund
• Charges may vary depending on the individual hotel operator policy.
• There is no refund for any unused part of the hotel stay, package or tour purchased.
• No refund for bookings made during a regions 'High Season' (eg. Phi Phi in Thailand offers no refund for bookings made between 1st November to 1st March).
• All payments refunded via our online payment gateway will be subject to a deduction of 5% of the full payment plus 500 baht.

General

All hotel discounts advertised are based on the discounts from the full "rack rate" including VAT and are correct at the time the offers are first advertised on the website. However, please note that some hotels may also charge additional taxes or compulsory items, which may not be included in the offer. "Rack rate" is the rate published by a hotel which is the maximum it will charge for any room. Prices stated are on a 'per room, per night' basis and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Please be aware that the hotel room photos are only a depiction of the type of rooms on offer and may not represent the actual room assigned. Unless otherwise stated, breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included.
The Adventure Club Limited Partnership cannot be held responsible for any misconceptions relating to the quality of the rooms.

The Adventure Club is PADI dive center #36426 and offers a wide variety of trips and dive courses. All courses are conducted under the standards set by PADI quality control. All dive services are conducted according to the standards set by PADI. We expect students or any diving participants to be responsible and use the equipment correctly. We shall offer no refund for the following. In the event, a participant causes injury or possible injury to himself or another party then the participant will not be allowed to continue with the program as offered and no refund shall be provided.

• Students or divers that risk injury or cause injuries to either themselves or another person through irresponsible behaviour - No refund.

All snorkeling trips are conducted and arranged by trained staff from The Adventure Club. Trips are conducted as outlined in the phi-phi-adventures.com website:

Trips can onlu be conducted with a minimum of 3 persons per group
The Adventure Club cannot guarantee that a trip will be conducted until 3 persons have booked the trip.
In the event that there are not enough persons to conduct a trip The Adventure Club will offer an alternative date and time.
If The weather or ocean conditions causes us to cancel the trip we sahll offer an alternative program or trip date
All payments refunded via our online payment gateway will be subject to a deduction of 5% of the full payment plus 500 baht.

You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account. In order to make a purchase you must be over 18 years old be purchasing for yourself and have the legal capacity to make the transaction. You must make sure that all the information you provide to us is true and accurate. You must not use the website for speculative, false or fraudulent bookings. Failure to supply the correct credit card details may result in delays to the issue of your Hotel Voucher and may make the fare(s) subject to change. Please ensure that the details you give match those on your credit card billing statement. We also reserve the right to cancel vouchers after issue if payment is declined or incorrect cardholder details and billing information have been supplied. Further, in an effort to minimize the effects of credit card fraud, we reserve the right to carry out random checks, and may request you to either fax or post to us proof of your address and a copy of the credit card and recent statement.

Security:

In order to protect our customers wherever they go, The Adventure Club Limited Partnership, its distribution channels and agents reserve the right to void anyone or group of persons if they intentionally falsify booking information or vouchers. No refund will be issued under such circumstances and individuals / groups may be liable to further action. The transmission of threatening, defamatory, pornographic, political or racist material or any material that is otherwise unlawful is expressly prohibited.

The site and any content may not be modified, copied, transmitted, distributed, sold, displayed, licensed, or reproduced in any way by you, except if you wish to make copies of the website for your own personal and non-commercial use.
